Purpose

efficient.
The wording in bold has been added to section 3 of the complaint
form:
3. Please provide us with the name of the member(s) you believe
have breached the Code of Conduct and the paragraph of the Code
that you believe has been breached. You can refer to the Code of
Conduct to help identify the paragraphs to reference on this
complaint form.
Consequent wording has been made to the Arrangements in like terms
to ensure consistency.
