Decision

1.   
That proposed amendments and additions to the Authority’s
Constitution detailed in Appendices A and B be agreed;
2.   
That the Transport for Greater Lincolnshire Advisory Group be
established and the Terms of Reference detailed in Appendix C be
agreed for inclusion in the Constitution, and makes the
appointments as detailed in the report;
3.   
That the proposed plan for the ongoing review of the constitution
be noted.
