Decision by the Executive Councillor for Resources:

That the Scheme for the construction of a single classroom extension at Donington Cowley Academy, as detailed in the report, be approved.

Decision by the Executive Councillor for Children’s Services:

a)    That the direct award of contract under the Pagabo Construction Framework for delivery of the Scheme, be approved.

b)    That authority be delegated to the Executive Director of Children’s Services, in consultation with the Executive Councillor for Children’s Services, to take all decisions necessary to progress the Scheme up to and including determination of the final form contract and the award and execution if the contract and other documentation necessary to deliver the Scheme resulting from the direct award procurement process.
