This decision approved the procurement of a contract for the treatment and disposal of kerbside mixed dry recycling, with effect from 30 June 2027 for an initial four-year period with an option to extend. Authority was delegated to the Executive Director – Place to progress the procurement up to and including contract award.

The Executive Councillor for Highways and Transport approved the Winter Service Plan 2026/27 on 22 June 2026. This plan outlines policies and procedures for snow and ice management, and the Council will maintain 43 gritters with 4 spares. The plan includes a minimum of 25,000 tonnes of salt in stock at the start of the season, with 15,000 tonnes available at any time.

The Greater Lincolnshire Combined County Authority approved the Calendar of Meetings for June 2026 to June 2027 on 3 June 2026. This decision approved the meeting schedule and delegated authority to the Monitoring Officer, in consultation with the Mayor, to amend the calendar as needed.

The Executive Councillor for Highways and Transport approved the proposed waiting restrictions for Heckington, Church Street on 30 June 2026. This decision approved the Traffic Regulation Order to introduce "No Waiting at Any Time" restrictions on Church Street and St Andrews Street.
