The Greater Lincolnshire Combined County Authority (GLCCA) Business and Infrastructure Board noted nine funding awards from the Growth Development Fund totalling £559,400 on 1 July 2026. The Board delegated authority to the Chief Executive to enter into grant agreements and manage delivery. The Board also noted the financial profile and that expenditure will be phased across financial years.

The Greater Lincolnshire Combined County Authority (GLCCA) Business and Infrastructure Board provided strategic direction on the proposed action plan for the Greater Lincolnshire Housing Strategy on 1 July 2026. The Board endorsed the draft delivery plan for further refinement and recommended the final Housing Strategy be submitted for approval on 2 September 2026. The strategy includes developing a housing pipeline, establishing a Strategic Place Partnership with Homes England, implementing the Brownfield Housing Fund, strengthening homelessness coordination, initiating the Spatial Development Strategy, advancing a veterans' housing programme, undertaking work on a new settlement, aligning Local Growth Fund investment, and embedding programme monitoring and governance.
