Decision

1.   
That the direct award to PSS (UK) of a contract variation for a
total value of up to £1,253,250 for the continued delivery of
the Shared Lives service on a like for like basis from 5 March 2024
to 30 March 2025 inclusive, be approved; and

 
2.   
That authority be delegated to the Executive Director of Adult Care
and Community Wellbeing, in consultation with the Executive
Councillor for Adult Care and Public Health, to determine the final
form and the entering into of the contract variation.
