Decision

1.   
That the appointment of Lisa Tremble as a director of Legal
Services Lincolnshire (Trading) Limited be approved; and

 
2.   
That the Chief Legal Officer be authorised to take all steps
necessary by the County Council to give effect to the above
decision.
