Decision

1.   
That the direct award of a contract to deliver the Community Care
Nurse Specialist Service (CCNSS) to St Barnabas Hospice Trust
commencing on 1 April 2024 for a period of three years with the
possibility of a further two year
extension, at a total cost of £573,391 be approved.

 
2.   
That authority be delegated to the Executive Director of Adult
Care, in consultation with the Executive Councillor for Adult Care
and Public Health, to determine the final form of the contracts and
other legal documentation necessary to give effect to the above
decision.
