Decision

1.   
That the award of a contract to Hewlett Packard Apogee for the
provision of a fully managed service for the Council’s
Multi-Functional Devices be approved.

 
2.   
That authority be delegated to the Deputy Chief Executive and
Executive Director for Resources to determine the final form of the
contract and approve the entering into of the contract.
