Decision

1.   
That the re-procurement of the Toxicology contract, by way of an
Open tender with the intention of awarding a single contract, be
approved.

 
2.   
That authority be delegated to the Executive Director – Adult
Care and Community Wellbeing, in consultation with the Executive
Councillor for NHS Liaison, Integrated Care System, Registration
and Coroners, to determine the final form of the new contract and
to approve the entering into of the contract.
