Decision

1.     
That the insourcing of the catering service for the
Lincolnshire Secure Unit from 1st April 2024 when the
current contract expires be approved;

2.   
That the authority to take all
decisions necessary to progress the insourcing of the service from
1st April 2024 be delegated to the Executive Director
– Children’s Services, in consultation with the
Executive Councillor for Children's Services, Community Safety,
Procurement and Migration.
