That the
Executive Councillor for Adult Care and Public Health:
 

That the direct award to Making Space of a new
contract for a total value of up to £609,804 for the
continued delivery of the Emergency Provision and Short Breaks
Services at Cedar House from 5 February 2024 until 30 June 2025 be
approved;

That the determination of the final form and the
entering into of the contract be delegated to the Executive
Director for Adult Care and Community Wellbeing in consultation
with the Head of Commercial – People Services and;

3.   That the determination of the final form and
the entering into of both a Lease of the Cedar House site to Making
Space, and a Deed of Surrender from CIC be delegated to the
Executive Director for Adult Care and Community Wellbeing in
consultation with the Chief Legal Officer
