Decision

1.   
That the insourcing of Payroll, Pensions and HR Administration, in
place of a shared service with Hoople Limited, be approved; and

 
2.   
That authority be delegated to the Executive Director –
Resources, in consultation with the Executive Councillor for People
Management, Legal and Corporate Property, to take all decisions
necessary to give effect to the above decision.
