Decision

1.   
That the commissioning by way of public-public co-operation
agreement with Lincolnshire Wolds Federation Trust of an overnight
3 bed short breaks provision for Children with Disabilities (CWD)
at The Maples residential unit, located at St Bernard’s
Special School in Louth, for a period of 10 years commencing on 1
April 2024, be approved; and

 
2.   
That authority be delegated to the Executive Director –
Children’s Services, in consultation with the Executive
Councillor for Children’s Services, Community Safety,
Procurement and Migration, to determine the final details of the
arrangement including the terms of the contract and to approve the
entering into of the contract.
