Decision

1.   
That the carrying out of an open competitive tender for re-procure
an online mental health support service for two years from 1 April
2024 to 31 March 2026 be approved;

 
2.   
That authority be delegated to the Executive Director –
Children’s Services, in consultation with the Executive
Councillor for Children’s Services, Community Safety,
Procurement and Migration, to take all decisions necessary to
progress the procurement up to and including determination of the
final form and the award and entering into of the contract.
