Decision

1.   
That the commissioning of a countywide all age Substance Misuse
Treatment and Recovery service and a separate all age Family and
Affected others support service, and the undertaking of a
procurement to establish contracts to be awarded to a provider for
each of the two services effective from 1 April 2024, be
approved.

 
2.   
That authority be delegated to the Executive Director of Adult Care
and Community Wellbeing, in consultation with the Executive
Councillor for Adult Care and Public Health, to determine the final
form of the contracts and to approve the award of the contracts and
the entering into of the contracts and other legal documentation
necessary to give effect to the above decision.
