The Executive Councillor for Highways and Transport approved the 2026/27 Key Performance Indicators for Highways and Transport on 28 July 2026. Authority was delegated to the Executive Director for Place, in consultation with the Executive Councillor for Highways and Transport, to make amendments to the KPIs and targets during the reporting period.

The Executive Councillor for Resources and the Executive Councillor for Environment approved the Cherry Willingham Fiskerton Road & Waterford Lane Surface Water Scheme on 26-29 May 2026. Authority was delegated to the Executive Director for Place, in consultation with the Executive Councillor for Environment, to progress the scheme up to and including contract award.

The Executive Councillor for Children's Services and the Executive Councillor for Resources approved the construction of a single classroom extension at Donington Cowley Academy on 12-16 June 2026. Authority was delegated to the Executive Director of Children's Services, in consultation with the Executive Councillor for Children's Services, to progress the scheme up to and including contract award.

The Executive approved a 4-month extension to the Housing Related Support Service contract on 09 June 2026. Authority was delegated to the Executive Director for Adult Care and Community Wellbeing, in consultation with the Director of Public Health and the Executive Councillor for Adult Care and Health, to finalise the extension terms and award the contract.

The Executive Councillor for Children's Services approved the appointment of a representative trustee for Stamford The St Michael's and Exeter Schools Charity on 12-18 June 2026. This appointment will stand until the next Local County Council elections or for four years.

The Executive approved appointments to a number of outside bodies on 09 June 2026. This decision continues the Council's representation on these organisations as part of its community leadership role.
