Decision

1. That a variation to the Council’s All-Age Integrated Substance Misuse Treatment and Recovery Service Contract with Lincolnshire Recovery Partnership using funding at a value of £3.24million for financial year 2026/27 from a combination of the Public Health Grant protected allocation for substance misuse and funding provided by the Probation Service, be approved.
2. That a variation to the Housing Related Support contract using funding at a value of £385,979 for financial year 2026/27 from the Public Health Grant protected allocation for substance use, be approved.
3. That the allocation and associated conditions on the Public Health Grant for the use of substance misuse protected allocation, be noted.
4. That the proposed approach detailed in the report as to how the ringfenced funding will be used in both contracts be approved.
