Executive Councillor: Highways & Transport approved the proposed loading restrictions for Inns Close, North Hykeham on 17 September 2026. The decision was made to enable more effective enforcement of restrictions near Ling Moor Primary School. The approval allows for immediate enforcement of the loading restrictions without a five-minute observation period.
