Decision

 

That the LLCS service model from 1st
April 2025 as detailed in Table 6 of the report be
approved;

 

That the insourcing of the LLCS from 1st
April 2025 as the delivery model be approved;

 

That authority be delegated to the the Executive Director of Children’s
Services, in consultation with the Executive Councillor for
Children’s Services, Community Safety, Procurement and
Migration to take all decisions necessary to deliver the decisions
listed above.
