Decision

(1) 
That the Leader of the Council (Executive Councillor for Resources,
Communication and Commissioning) approves the Sincil Bank
Rejuvenation improvement scheme (Scheme) as detailed in the
report.

 
(2) 
That the Executive Councillor for Highways, Transport and IT:
 

(i)            
Approves the undertaking of a procurement process for construction
and delivery of the Scheme; and

(ii)           
Delegates authority to the Executive Director – Place, in
consultation with the Executive Councillor for Highways, Transport
and IT, to take all decisions necessary to progress the Scheme up
to and including the determination of the final form of contract
and the award and execution of the contract and other such
documentation necessary to deliver the Scheme.
