Decision

1.   
That the appraisal for the overall project, due to commence in July
2024, for a new 4 classroom block at Gosberton House Academy,
Gosberton, be approved.

 
2.   
That the entering into, by the Council, of a Design and Build
construction contract via the Pagabo Medium Works Framework for the
delivery of the project, be approved.
 
3.   
That the request for the funding of £6,886,257 from The
Building Communities of Specialist Provision Strategy Funding, be
approved.
 
4.   
That authority be delegated to the Executive Director –
Resources to approve the final form and the entering into of all
contractual and other legal documentation to give effect to the
above decisions.
