Decision

1.   
That the scheme for the construction of permanent replacement
classroom (Scheme) as detailed in the report, be approved.

 
2.   
That the undertaking of a procurement process for the delivery of
the Scheme, be approved.
 
3.   
That authority be delegated Executive Director – Resources,
in consultation with the Executive Councillor for Resources,
Communication, Commissioning, to take all decisions necessary to
progress the Scheme up to and including determination of the final
form contract(s) and the award and execution of those contract(s)
and other documentation necessary to deliver the Scheme resulting
from the procurement process.
