Decision

1.   
That subject to any amendments made pursuant to paragraph 2 below,
the Preferred Approach document attached at Appendix A to the
report, be approved for public consultation for a period of at
least eight weeks commencing in July 2024; and
 

2.   
That the Head of Planning be authorised to make any non-material
amendments to the said Preferred Approach document and supporting
consultation documents, that are necessary to address any errors or
omissions, ensure consistency and meet the County Council’s
accessibility requirements before publication and the start of the
consultation process.
