Decision

1)   
That the Leader of the Council approves the Scheme for re-surfacing
at the Old Roman Bank (Scheme) as detailed in the report.

 
2)   
That the Executive Councillor for Highways, Transport and IT:

 

a)   
Approves the undertaking of a procurement process for delivery of
the Scheme; and

b)   
Delegates authority to the Executive Director – Place, in
consultation with the Executive Councillor for Highways, Transport
and IT, to take all decisions necessary to progress the Scheme up
to and including determination of the final form contracts and,
subject strictly to the confirmation of funding for the Scheme, the
award and execution of those contracts and other documentation
necessary to deliver the Scheme resulting from the procurement
process.
