Decision

1.     
That the Scheme for the repair and maintenance of Lincoln Castle
Walls (Scheme) as detailed in the report, be approved.

 

2.   
That the award of a contract to Vertex Access Limited, by way of
exception to the Contract Regulations, to undertake the works
necessary to deliver the Scheme be approved.
 

3.   
That authority be delegated to the Executive Director for
Resources, in consultation with the Executive Councillor for People
Management, Complaints, Legal and Corporate Property, to take all
decisions necessary to progress the Scheme up to and including the
determination of the final form of contract and execution of the
contract and other such documentation necessary to deliver the
Scheme.
