Approves the first phase of the scheme the deliver the Highways
Depot Strategy in relation to the Highways Depot sites at Sturton
by Stow and Sleaford (Scheme) as detailed in the report.
 
That the Executive
Councillor for People Management, Legal Services, Complaints and
Corporate Property:

Approves the relocation of the Sturton by Stow Highways depot and
the sale of the current depot site and the acquisition of an
alternative site and delegates authority to the Executive Director
of Place, in consultation with the Executive Councillor for People
Management, Legal, Complaints and Corporate Property, to take all
decisions necessary to progress such matters, including the
entering into of contracts and agreements for the land purchase and
procurement phase in relation to the build, and such other
documentation and obtaining of relevant planning permissions as
necessary to deliver the same.

Approves the relocation of the Sleaford depot and surrender of the
lease for the current depot site and the acquisition of an
alternative site and delegates authority to the Executive Director
of Place, in consultation with the Executive Councillor for People
Management, Legal, Complaints and Corporate Property, to take all
decision necessary to progress such matters, including the entering
into contracts and agreements for the land purchase and procurement
phase in relation to the build, and such other documentation and
obtaining of relevant planning permissions as necessary to deliver
the same.
