Decision

1.   
That the Leader of the Council (Executive Councillor for Resources,
Communications and Commissioning) approves the scheme for the
replacement of response vehicles (Scheme) as detailed in the
report.

 
2.   
That the Executive Councillor for Fire & Rescue, Emergency
Planning and Cultural Services:
 

(i)            
Approves the undertaking of a procurement process for delivery of
the Scheme; and
 

(ii)           
Delegates authority to the Chief Fire Officer, in consultation with
the Executive Councillor for Fire & Rescue, Emergency Planning
and Cultural Services, to take all decisions necessary to progress
the Scheme including the detailed terms, award and entering into of any contract or other documentation
necessary to deliver the Scheme.
