Decision

That a direct award
of contract between Lincolnshire County Council and the Building
Research Establishment Limited (BRE) for the provision of the Local
Authority Housing Stock Insights Service (conditions modelling) and
health impact assessment, commencing in September 2024,  for a period of 5
years from completion of the modelling exercise, at a total value
of £376,261 (excluding VAT), under the Public Contracts
Regulations 2015 Light Touch Regime, be agreed.
