Decision

That the Leader of the
Council:
 
Approves the Scheme
for surface water system replacement in Kirkby on Bain as detailed
in the report.
 
That the Executive
Councillor for Economic Development, Environment and
Planning:
 
                       
i. 
    approves
the procurement of a contract for delivery of the Scheme;
and
 
                      
ii. 
    delegates
to the Director for Place, in consultation with the Executive
Councillor for Economic Development, Environment and Planning,
authority to take all decisions necessary to deliver the Scheme
including the determination of the final form of contract and the
award and execution of the contract and such other documentation as
is necessary to deliver the Scheme.
