Decision

Community Wellbeing:
 

1.  That the allocation of £495, 960 Smokefree
Generation funding to One You Lincolnshire (Thrive Tribe) in time
for a September start date, as set out in the report and at
Appendix B enabling an immediate recruitment of staff, be
approved;

2.  That the proposed identification of One You
Lincolnshire as ‘the most suitable provider’ be
noted;

3.  That the proposed enhancement to current service
delivery, addressing health inequalities and strengthening the
integrated care system offer, be noted;

4.  That the additional smoking ‘quit
date’ outputs to be achieved by the provider be noted;

5.  That the recommended utilisation of Provider
Selection Regime (PSR), Most Suitable Provider (MSP) route to
procure this preventative health service for individuals, be
approved.
