Decision

1.   
That the commissioning of a countywide Shared Lives service, and
the undertaking of a procurement for a contract to commence on 1
April 2025 for a term of five years with the option to extend the
contract for a maximum of a further five years, be approved.

 
2.   
That authority be delegated to the Executive Director of Adult Care
& Community Wellbeing, in consultation with the Executive
Councillor for Adult Care and Public Health, to take all decisions
necessary to progress the procurement up to and including
determination of the final form of contract and to approve the
award and execution of the contract and all other legal
documentation necessary to deliver the procurement.
