The Cabinet of Melton Council noted the update and progress made on tenant and leaseholder engagement and endorsed the actions planned for the next year on 11/12/2024. The council will continue to develop a more reciprocal approach to tenant engagement, improve the collection and use of tenant information, increase the visibility of performance information for tenants, and strengthen IT systems for complaints reporting.
