APPROVED the Licensing Enforcement Policy
for adoption and publication on the Council’s website.

2)   
DELEGATED Authority to the Director for Growth
and Regeneration (in consultation with the relevant Portfolio Holder) to make
any minor changes arising from Government guidance or business environment.
