Decision

 

1.    
To endorse the extension of the Responsive and
Void Repairs contract (housing repair and maintenance) on the following terms:

To extend the contract for a period of four
years from 1st September 2023.

 

3.    
To grant a further extension of one year subject
to all KPIs being met in the fifth year of the original contract.
