To change 1 Customer Services admin post to a
Customer Liaison Officer (CLO) post on the establishment for an 18-month fixed
term period and recruit into that CLO post.

2.    
To recruit a fixed term (18-month) Senior
Customer Liaison Officer (SCLO) from within the current customer services team.
