- To restructure Welland procurement to provide improved management structure for the unit by:
a. Deleting a Senior Procurement Officer (band 11) and adding a new post of Deputy Head of Welland Procurement (band 13) and giving them line management responsibility for junior staff in the team.
b. Removing the current Procurement Officer role (band 9) and replacing it with three new Contract and Supply Officers (career band 6-8) to cover additional work created
