Purpose

To set out a revised timetable for the Melton Local Plan Update and indicative timescales for a future new Melton Local Plan.

Cabinet:

APPROVED the publication of the updated
Local Development Scheme, superseding the 2023 version.

 

2)    DELEGATED
AUTHORITY to the Director for Place and Prosperity for the next 24 months
to make minor updated to the Local Development Scheme in relation to the Melton
Local Plan Update, in consultation with the Portfolio Holder for Governance,
Environment and Regulatory Services.
