The Town Centre Design Guide is to be presented to Cabinet.

Decision

That Cabinet:

 

1.    
NOTED the contents of this report and
supported a review and update to the Town Centre Action Plan for Melton
Mowbray.

2.    
ENDORSED the Town Centre Design Guide, as
outlined in the report, and supported its progression to adoption as a
Supplementary Planning Document, following a statutory consultation process.
