Decision

The following decisions
are being taken in accordance with the Cabinet meeting on 13 November 2024 and
the recommendations accepted (see Point 9 in the Decision Notice):

 

1.   
To award the contract for the Planning
Productivity Plan to Mondrem CIC following a successful procurement tendering
exercise.

 

2.   
To enter into any necessary legal documentation
to affect the award.

 

3.   
To make an initial draw down from the
Regeneration and Innovation Reserve of £117,000 to cover the full cost of the
contract award.
