Decision

To directly award
consultants to undertake internal design & specification, design
coordination, project management, quantity surveying, tender documentation,
analysis and reporting, Principal Designer CDM2015 through RIBA stages 2-4 for
both Parkside and Phoenix House sub projects. Following the above, project
manage, contract administer works including site visits and snagging, Principal
Designer for CDM 2015 & Building Safety Act through RIBA stages 5 & 6.

Focus Consultants (2010) LLP;

To enter an ESPO framework agreement 2664 Lot 1b.
