Decision

1.     To use
a Contract Exemption as detailed below in respect of works to the County Park
Bridge;

2.     To
enter into an agreement with Brawdia Limited to act as Employer’s Agent in
respect of the works to the Country Park Bridge;

 

3.     To
award and enter into any necessary agreements with Danaher & Walsh Group
Limited (Leicestershire) for the design and build of the works for the Country
Park Bridge.
