1)   
NOTED the content and findings of the
review undertaken by Housing LIN.

 

2)   
APPROVED, in principle, to invest in
and modernise Wilton Court and Bradgate Flats to ensure their continued usage
as sheltered housing, subject to confirmation that this is affordable as part
of the planned refresh of the Housing Revenue Account Asset Management Plan.

 

3)   
NOTED that further analysis and options
appraisals are required to inform future options for Granby House and Gretton
Court.

 

3.1) APPROVED
that this work is undertaken and reported to Cabinet for further consideration
when complete.

 

4)    NOTED
that tenants and stakeholders would continue to be engaged through the
process of developing business cases and investment plans across all sites.
