Decision

In regard to:

 

1.    
The
Licensee failing to provide a Criminal Record Check which is an essential
measure in assessing whether or not a driver is ‘Fit
and Proper’ and suitable to hold a licence.

 

2.    
Allegations
of a serious nature regarding drug use, driving while under the influence of
drugs and or alcohol and unprofessional behaviour.

 

The Licensee should have their licence revoked with immediate effect to
ensure the safety of the public.
