Scrutiny : Joint Committee

The Joint Scrutiny Committee brings together representatives from all four scrutiny committees to consider matters that affect or are relevant to them collectively. It meets as needed to discuss shared issues and ensure a coordinated approach to oversight across different areas of the council's work. The committee's role is to scrutinise council activities and policies that have a cross-cutting impact, providing recommendations and holding services to account on behalf of the wider council.
