Cabinet had before it a report
* from the Head of Housing and Health on the Award of Modernisation
Contract for Housing Revenue Account (HRA) for 2026 -
2030.
 
RESOLVED that:
 

The new four year
(two years with the option to extend for a further +1+1) gas
servicing contract be awarded to Bell Group Ltd.

Delegated authority
be granted to the S151 Officer (in consultation with the Cabinet
Member for Housing, Assets and Property Services) to complete the
associated modernisation contract.
