Decision

The Cabinet had before it a report * from the Head of Housing and Health setting out the award of Wordland Cross Development Contract

The Cabinet Member for Housing, Asset and Property Services outlined the contents of the report with particular reference to the following:

RESOLVED that:

1.      The new Wordland Cross New Development Contract, be awarded to Contractor 1.
2.      Delegated authority be granted to the S151 Officer (in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Housing, Assets and Property) to complete the associated Wordland Cross New Development Contract (the Contract).
