Decision

The Cabinet had before it a report * from the Head of Housing and Health providing the updated Housing Assistance Policy for 2026-2029.

The Cabinet Member for Housing, Asset and Property Services outlined the contents of the report with particular reference to the following:

RESOLVED that the updated Housing Assistance Policy 2026-29, as set out in Annex A as recommended by the Homes Policy Development Group be ADOPTED.
