vote on the recommendations which were unanimously
agreed.
 
RESOLVED
 
Cabinet agreed to:
(i) Note the outcome of the
feasibility work and business case for decking Queensway Car Park
(paragraphs 16 to 29)
(ii)
As a consequence of (i) and given the
importance of this matter to East Grinstead, asked officers to
carry out further work, including identifying budgetary and
resource requirements, to explore alternative options for improving
off street parking within the town, and;
(iii) Noted the ongoing work
taking place to implement the Parking Strategy, including the
implementation of technology trials, enhanced enforcement regimes
and the development and implementation of targeted policies to
improve the customer experience.
