recommendations which were approved with 4 in favour.
 
RESOLVED
 
Cabinet agreed to:
 
(i)  Endorse the guidelines set out in this report
and;
(ii) Use these principles in preparing the
2026/27 Corporate Plan and Budget;
(iii) Agreed the establishment of a cross
party Executive Service and Financial Planning Working Group with a
politically balanced membership of 12.
